Mix Worcestershire sauce with Dale’s seasoning for steaks.
Place pork chops in a gallon ziplock bag. Pour marinade over pork chops. Close the bag and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients to make the rub (brown sugar, kosher salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cumin, garlic powder, dry mustard, onion powder).
Take the pork chops out of inside the Ziplock Bag. Sprinkle ribs on all sides. Use only 1 teaspoon for each pork chop, based on how big the chops are. You’ll have some leftover rub.
Set up grill. Cook the pork chops until they reach 145oF temperature.
